I understand that participation in a Best in the US baseball showcase involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. I confirm that the player named in this registration is medically fit to participate, and I authorise Best in the US staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if it is needed and I cannot be reached. I grant Best in the US permission to record video, photographs and performance data of the player at the event, and to publish the player's profile, measurements and results on Best in the US websites and to college coaches for recruiting purposes. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable unless Event Registration Protection was purchased with this registration, and that the event may be rescheduled or relocated for weather or facility reasons.
